Description
Gloss Effect Finish 39 is a low-viscosity, high-gloss effect sealer without a dispersion layer for the perfect finish. The bottle filling system with integrated gloss and colour effects seals all gel and acrylic systems quickly, cleanly and without cleaning.

Application
After the dye or French gels have hardened, do not remove the dispersion layer. Then apply the Top Coat evenly and cure under UV 120s or LED 90-120s. If the top coat used forms a dispersion layer, then wipe it off with cleaner.
