POLYSTONE develops cosmetics that bring personality to life. With our innovative range of UV gel nail polish and permanent make-up products, we combine science and quality ‘Made in Germany’ to create successful product concepts for leading beauty brands worldwide.

What began in a garage around 40 years ago is now a leading international company for professional colour products. With production sites in Germany and France, the POLYSTONE portfolio comprises over 2,000 products that shape market trends in more than 90 countries worldwide.

As a reliable private-label partner, POLYSTONE bridges the gap between science and beauty – and delivers a decisive competitive advantage for market leaders worldwide.

Safety & Quality

Quality, safety and transparency are firmly embedded in POLYSTONE’s processes and structures. Our products and procedures are regularly inspected and adhere to clearly defined standards for quality, traceability and reliability.

POLYSTONE is certified to Cosmetics GMP DIN EN ISO 22716:2008 and also meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. As a manufacturer within the European Union, we operate in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, thereby ensuring documented, controlled and reproducible processes from raw material receipt through to filling.

The majority of our formulations are vegan. To ensure maximum control, short supply chains and reliable delivery, we manufacture exclusively at our sites in Germany and France.

Sustainability

Acting today for tomorrow

For us, sustainable business is a responsibility we take seriously – on both a small and a large scale. We focus on resource-efficient processes: from the extraction of our raw materials to the efficient use of gas, water and electricity in our operations.

We also take a sustainable approach to mobility. With charging points and electric vehicles, we actively promote the (e-) mobility of our employees. Furthermore, we work together on environmental projects.

A contribution that not only does good but also tastes good is our POLYSTONE blossom honey: in collaboration with local beekeepers, we support the protection of bees and thus promote biodiversity. Please feel free to contact us for a sample!

With our headquarters in Blieskastel, we are firmly rooted in the Saarland and part of the local community. Our commitment is specifically directed towards the local people, the community and nature. We support the work of regional associations and businesses, back biodiversity and environmental projects, and regularly get involved ourselves – for example through charity runs or community initiatives organised by our employees.

For us, social responsibility means creating opportunities and strengthening the community. We promote the training of young talent and support people facing challenging life situations. Together with local businesses and associations, we create synergies that strengthen our region and offer social added value. In this way, we combine economic activity with social responsibility and contribute to a strong community.

Schmetterling Children’s Hospice

When a child is seriously ill, they need more than just medicine: they need closeness, time and a place to breathe. This is precisely why the children’s hospice is being established at the Schmetterling Palliative Care Centre in Homburg. We support this project to raise awareness of hospice work and to be able to support families during what is likely the most difficult phase of their lives.

We support the children’s football programme at Sportclub Blieskastel-Lautzkirchen because sport offers children more than just exercise: team spirit, self-confidence and a sense of community.

Especially at youth level, it is not just competition that counts – but fairness, the joy of sporting activity and an environment in which children can develop. Youth football is a vital building block for health, integration and social values – and that is precisely why this commitment is so close to our hearts.

Our collaboration with Saarpfalz Werk is an important aspect of our social engagement. With a mandate for rehabilitation and vocational integration, Saarpfalz Werk primarily offers training and employment opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities.

POLYSTONE supports the work of Saarpfalz Werk through a variety of partnerships in the processing of assembly and small-scale orders. In this way, we combine economic partnership with social responsibility and make a concrete contribution to greater inclusion in working life.
